Hot -Mix Asphalt Art. 1030.02 869 Warm mix asphalt (WMA) is an asphalt mixture which can be produced at temperatures lower than allowed for HMA by utilizing qualified WMA technologies. WMA is produced with the use of additives, a water foaming process, or a combination of both. WMA shall conform to all HMA specifications unless specificly noted.
