Art. 1081.01 Materials for Planting 1040 SECTION 1081. MATERIALS FOR PLANTING 1081.01 Trees, Shrubs, Evergreens, Vines, and Seedlings. Trees, shrubs, evergreens, vines, and seedlings shall be according to the standards adopted by the ANLA. (a) Quality of Plant Material. (1) Plants shall be first class nursery grown representatives of their normal species and varieties. They shall have average or normal well developed branches, together with vigorous root systems.
