Pavement Markings Art. 1095.01 1089 SECTION 1095. PAVEMENT MARKINGS 1095.01 Thermoplastic Pavement Markings. This material shall be a mixture of resins and other materials providing an essentially nonvolatile thermoplastic compound especially developed for traffic markings. (a) Ingredient Materials. (1) Binder. The binder shall consist of a mixture of synthetic resins, at least one of which is solid at room temperature. The solid resin shall be a hydrocarbon or alkyd resin.
