Soil Art. 1009.04 813 SECTION 1009. SOIL 1009.01 Soil for Soil Modification. When lime (slurry or dry) is used as the modifier, the soil shall have a minimum clay content of 15 percent, determined according to AASHTO T 88; and shall have a maximum organic matter content of 10 percent, determined according to AASHTO T 194. 1009.02 Soil for Lime Stabilization.
