101.01 Definitions.
Wherever the following terms or abbreviations (or pronouns in place of them) are used in these Specifications or in other contract documents, the intent and meaning shall be inter preted as follows:

b.Terms. Acceptance Plan. A prescribed method of sampling, measuring and testing together with criteria for the acceptability of a lot of material or construction. Additive. A substance or agent added in small amounts to a basic ingredient of a mixture prior to mixing.
